It might be hard for the average American to understand that this is clearly a young, immature sable, based on the fact that its horns are so small. These guys grow amazing, huge, curved horns that look like they’re going to stab them in the back if they turn their heads the wrong way. A fairly rare sighting, I was happy to get the opportunity to photograph this young one.
