On this occasion, I was in my kayak, floating near a dead fish that I saw in the water. There was an eagle in a tree nearby, looking like it was going to grab the fish. I backed off and waited, but before the eagle could make up its mind, a second eagle swooped in and started circling, prompting the first eagle to engage in a pretty impressive aerial battle as they both attempted to get in position to grab the fish. I took a couple hundred photos before one of them got the prize and they both went their separate ways.
