Just Around the Corner

This one took a year to create. Outside of my normal “style,” this is obviously a heavily edited Photoshop project. I had decided that I wanted to do a series of “4 seasons” photos of this oak tree, and I took a year and shot the tree at the peak of each season, intending to simply put the photos side by side. When I got the images together on the computer, the creativity started flowing, and this blended image was the result. To me, it’s a great illustration of what the early spring season feels like in this part of the country.
